Terms & conditions

All Hirers must be over 18 years of age.

All bookings must be pre-booked with a 25% non-refundable fee paid before it will be accepted as a confirmed booking. The Hirer may cancel the agreement 7 days prior to the booking and receive a full refund, (minus the non-refundable fee).

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked time are not possible. The Hirer will then be liable for the full cost of the booking.

Full payment must be received on the day the journey is undertaken.

Passengers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Duration of hire is as stated. Any additional hire on the night must be sanctioned by the company which will be charged accordingly and is payable to the driver on completion of hire.

All vehicles are non-smoking as regulated by Irish law; The consumption of food is not permitted in the vehicle. Beverages are at the discretion of the company. Any non-compliance with these conditions will result in termination of hire.

The chauffeur, in compliance with road traffic regulations, weather conditions, will determine routes travelled, whether the route is the shortest or not. This is determined by the vehicle restraints, i.e. the size and length of the vehicles.

The Hirer or any member of his/her party will be responsible for a “soilage charge” as determined under Irish law, for any discharges onboard the vehicle. Charge is €500.

Any complaints should be put to the company within 24 hours of the hire period, and followed with written confirmation, with full details.

AB CHAUFFEUR SERVICE may refuse, at its discretion, any booking without reason.
